Communiqué de Raison Garder : 13 avril 2011

Raison Garder appelle à signer la pétition demandant 
l’invalidation du Rapport Goldstone par le Parlement Européen :

Monsieur le Président du Parlement Européen,

Nous, citoyens européens, et conformément à l’article 227 du traité sur le fonctionnement de l’Union Européenne, exigeons la saisine du Parlement Européen afin de procéder à l’annulation de la résolution du 10 mars 2010 relative «à la mise en œuvre des recommandations du rapport Goldstone, sur Israël et la Palestine», ainsi que toutes les motions ou résolutions afférentes à ce même rapport.
 
Dans une tribune publiée le 2 avril 2011 dans le Washington Post, le juge Goldstone, responsable du rapport d’enquête portant son nom, a déclaré : « Aujourd’hui, il est temps de reconsidérer ces conclusions. Ce que nous savons aujourd’hui n’a plus rien à voir avec ce que nous savions à l’époque lorsque je présidais la commission d’enquête de la commission des Droits de l’Homme.  … On ne peut plus dire qu’Israël est responsable de crime de guerre. »
 
Ceci est une remise en cause totale du rapport Goldstone par son auteur.
 
Nous demandons en conséquence l’abrogation par le Parlement Européen de toutes les décisions liées à ce rapport qui s’avère être une imposture ayant pour objectif de délégitimer Israël par une campagne de diffamation dont l’Union Européenne a été l’un des instruments majeurs, et qui a déclenché une vague d'antisémitisme importante.
 
Nous demandons que l’Union Européenne, qui porte une lourde responsabilité dans cette infâme manipulation, saisisse l’Organisation des Nations Unies pour annuler son vote du 16 octobre 2009 et réformer toutes les décisions y afférant.

To the Chairman of the European Parliament

Mr Chairman,

We, European citizens, and in compliance with article 227 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, demand a referral to the European Parliament to take steps towards the cancellation of the resolution dated March 10th, 2010 on “implementation of the Goldstone recommendations on Israel/Palestine”, as well as of all motions and/or resolutions appertaining thereto.

In a tribune published on April 2nd, 2011 in the Washington Post, Judge Goldstone, responsible for the investigation report bearing his name, stated “Today, the time has come to review those conclusions. What we know today has nothing whatsoever to do with what we knew at the time, when I was chairing the Investigation Committee at the Commission on Human Rights. (…) One can no longer say that Israel is responsible for war crimes.”

This represents a total reconsideration of the Goldstone Report by its own author.

Consequently, we ask that the European Parliament should repeal all decisions relating to this report which is now proven to be an imposture whose objective is to challenge Israel’s legitimacy through a slander campaign, in which the European Union has played a leading role, and which has sparked off a major surge of anti-Semitism.

We ask that the European Union, which bears substantial responsibility for this despicable manipulation, should bring the matter before the United Nations for the cancellation of its vote dated October 16th, 2009, and for the amendment of all decisions appertaining thereto.
