The Iconoclast - Jerry Gordon : " Wilders announces International Anti-Islam Freedom Alliance "

Geert Wilders', PVV (Freedom Party) had been virtually 'pushed out' of a so-called 'purple' coalition being brokered  for a new Hague parliament coalition by a councillor for Dutch Queen Beatrix.  This despite the PVV copping tallies of 24 seats in the new Hague Parliament.  Recent post election polls have shown his popularity rising, in one case taking more than 33 seats in a hypothetical snap election.  Further, unlike valiant Pym Fortune, Wilders does not want to compromise the PVV platform.  So like Winston Churchill in his 'wilderness years', Wilders has opted to do something dramatic: to assist other nations combating the problem he has been fighting at home. Wilders  has just  announced a new international anti-Islam  Freedom Alliance.  This AP report issued today indicates the proposed Freedom alliance would target  the US, Canada, Britian, France, and Germany.

Could that mean that Wilders might travel to the US during the Congressional mid-term election campaigns to support kindred candidates?   Candidates like Lt.Col. Allen West in Florida's 22nd Congressional District (CD), Vijay Kumar and Lou Ann Zelenik in the 5th and 6th Tennessee CDs?

Perhaps by opting out of the fray of the negotiations for the new Dutch parliament  Wilders might gather more momentum to become the next Prime Minister in a government led by the PVV.  That is only speculation at this moment.

By reaching out to Congressional, Parliamentary candidates and grass roots anti-Islam activitists in those alliance countries, Widers is hoping, like Churchill  did  in his 'wilderness years' and WWII PM leadership, to stop the tide of islamization in both Eurabia and America.

Here is the AP news report:

Maverick Dutch lawmaker Geert Wilders says he is launching an international "freedom alliance" to spread his anti-Islam message across the West.
He told The Associated Press in an interview Thursday he will launch the international movement late this year, initially in five countries: the United States, Canada, Britain, France and Germany.

Wilders, who calls Islam a "fascist" religion and wants an end to immigration from Muslim nations to the West, has seen his support in the Netherlands soar in recent years.

His Freedom Party won the biggest gains in a national election last month, coming third with 24 seats, up from the nine his party held in the last parliament.

Wilders is due to stand trial in October on hate speech charges.
